BAA's ESL Program

En la Boston Athletic Academy, la educación de nuestros estudiantes-atletas es de suma importancia. Como miembros activos de la comunidad local, entendemos cómo el idioma puede ser una barrera importante para el éxito de nuestros estudiantes que hablan principalmente español. El llamado a la acción fue claro y ahora tenemos un programa de ESL activo tres días a la semana, dos horas cada día para ayudar a los estudiantes atletas a mejorar su dominio del inglés y sus habilidades de comunicación.

At the Boston Athletic Academy, the education of our student-athletes are of the upmost importance. As active members of the local community ourselves, we understand how language could be a significant barrier to success for our students that primarily speak Spanish. The call to action was clear, and we now have an active ESL Program three days a week, two hours each day to help student athletes improve their English proficiency and communication skills.
